Quality at the Core

At the core of our business we operate a Quality Management System which is accredited to ISO 9001:2008.

Using this internationally recognised quality assurance standard and by incorporating proven methods of best practice we are able to ensure a verified commitment to world class quality for all of our products, from concept to completion.

The assurance that our top management is commitment to quality, to customer focus, to ensuring adequacy of its resources, employee competence, process management (for production, service delivery and relevant administrative and support processes), quality planning, product design, review of incoming orders, purchasing, monitoring and measurement of its processes and products, calibration of measuring equipment, processes to resolve customer complaints, corrective/preventive actions and a requirement to drive continual improvement of the QMS.

Last but not least, there is a requirement for us as a supplier to monitor customer perceptions about the quality of the goods and services we provide.

Our processes are reviewed on an ongoing basis both internally by our quality team and externally by the relevant governing bodies
